You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across the country.   About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop partnerships with businesses, transit agencies, and property owners to enhance station access and amenities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with teams to standardize documentation and refine processes, enabling improved efficiencies </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
