We're looking for a Global Finance Process Excellence Manager to own and transform our end-to-end accounting processes across regions, shared service centres, and business units worldwide. This is a role for someone who has done the work — designed the process, written the policy, run the workshop, and delivered the implementation — not just advised on it. About the Role Process Ownership & Governance <ul> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the global end-to-end accounting process framework, including standards, policies, procedures, and internal controls</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a global process optimization roadmap — prioritizing opportunities and managing delivery of approved initiative</li> </ul> Transformation & Automation <ul> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead process optimization initiatives spanning RPA, agentic automation, workflow redesign, and ERP enhancements</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams in agile environments — from roadmap planning through sprint reviews</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies and industry best practices</li> </ul> Performance & Compliance <ul> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define, monitor, and report on process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure ongoing compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards</li> </ul> Stakeholder & Change Management <ul> <li>Partner with SSC, IT, country/regional finance teams, and external providers to optimize cross-functional process performance</li> <li>Lead change management activities — including communication strategies, training design, and technology adoption programmes</li> </ul> About You Experience <ul> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience at a Big 4 firm at Senior Manager level or equivalent — in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, Accounting Advisory, or Global Business Services (GBS)</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end accounting process transformation — not advisory delivery alone</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience delivering multi-country or multi-entity finance transformation projects</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">International project experience across Europe or North America is strongly preferred</li> </ul> Technical Skills <ul> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong command of end-to-end accounting processes (e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C) with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and finance technology tools</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with process automation technologies — RPA, APIs, and workflow tools — is a plus</li> <li class="text-start" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Comfort operating in agile delivery environments</li> </ul> Soft Skills & Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to align and influence across global, regional, and local teams</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Fluent in English (required); additional languages are an advantage</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) or an advanced degree are a plus</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
