You'll own the global accounting process agenda end-to-end: setting standards, driving harmonization across regions and shared service centres, and leading the shift toward intelligent, AI-enabled finance operations. About the Role <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and govern global accounting standards, policies, procedures, and controls across all Flix entities and shared service centres</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and GBS/SSC environments</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the global process optimization roadmap — from RPA and workflow automation to agentic AI and ERP enhancements — prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable value</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets; lead continuous improvement cycles based on data</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Embed compliance across accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with SSC operations, IT, country and regional finance teams, Product Owners, and external providers to optimize end-to-end process performance</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Apply process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies, identify root causes, and adopt leading practices</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead change management — communications, training, and adoption — for new processes and technologies</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Big 4 background at Senior Manager level or above in Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory (FAAS), or GBS/Shared Services — this is the core requirement</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record delivering multi-country finance transformation or process excellence programs; international experience in Europe or North America is a strong plus</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep expertise in end-to-end accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) with the ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance technology tools; familiarity with process automation (RPA, APIs, workflow tools) and process mining is highly valued</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in or alongside product and engineering teams in agile environments (sprint reviews, roadmap planning)</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong stakeholder management across global, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
