Act as the primary strategic voice in mitigating contentious legal risks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Contractual & Operational Excellence:</strong> Draft, review, and negotiate high-value corporate contracts, user agreements, and intricate legal disclosures in both Mandarin and English.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Global Compliance & Governance:</strong> Ensure strict adherence to global legal standards, AML/CTF frameworks, and internal corporate policies across multiple jurisdictions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">External Counsel Management:</strong> Lead and liaise with international legal teams and elite external counsel to ensure unified legal defense and global brand protection.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Regulatory Advisory:</strong> Proactively analyze evolving regional regulatory shifts (HK, Singapore, US, EU) and translate them into actionable business strategies to safeguard the platform's global operations.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="13">Required Skills & Qualifications</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="14"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 10+ years of PQE, with a proven track record in a legal leadership role (e.g., Head of Legal, General Counsel) within a major crypto exchange, fintech firm, or a top-tier law firm specializing in these sectors.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Litigation Expertise:</strong> Strong background in <strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="43">commercial litigation</strong>, arbitration, and managing complex dispute resolution processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Language Fluency:</strong> Native-level or professional-grade fluency in both <strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="69">Mandarin and English</strong> (written and verbal) is strictly required to review legal documents and communicate with stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bar Admission:</strong> Valid admission to the bar in <strong data-path-to-node="14,3,0" data-index-in-node="45">Hong Kong, Singapore, the USA, or an EU member state</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Domain Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, securities laws, and cross-border financial compliance.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Leadership:</strong> Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced corporate environments.</p> </li> </ul>
