Location: 100% remote Salary: $80,000-$120,000 USD annually, depending on experience Experience required: 2+ years building and shipping production software Education: No degree required; a relevant degree is preferred. Core stack: Flutter/Dart · TypeScript/NestJS · MongoDB About Everis Everis is an AI-native software group building and acquiring useful software businesses that can be operated by remarkably small teams. Pebble is our language-learning product. You will work with product, growth, design, and data to turn growth opportunities into reliable releases and measurable experiments. What You'll Do Ship changes across Pebble's mobile app, web experiences, and backend; own the technical approach, implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring. Find bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention; turn them into focused experiments, instrument events and success metrics, and use the results to scale, revise, or stop. Improve the systems that make experimentation faster and safer, including feature controls, analytics integrations, and subscription or payment journeys. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience building, releasing, and supporting production software. Generalist capability: depth in at least one of mobile, web, or backend; production experience in at least one other; and the ability to own changes across system boundaries. Growth evidence: you personally implemented, measured, and iterated at least one product or funnel improvement. A formal Growth title is not required. Strong foundations in APIs, data modelling, testing, debugging, release practices, and production monitoring. Direct mobile-app growth is strongly preferred; experience with our stack or a close equivalent, plus App Store or Google Play subscriptions, is a strong advantage. Why Join Everis You will have broad product ownership, work in a small team, and see the direct link between what you build and user or commercial outcomes. You will also help shape Pebble's growth-engineering practice rather than being confined to one layer of the stack. What's the downside? The scope is broad and many experiments will not work. You will need to switch across layers, learn from results quickly, and judge when to ship a lightweight test versus invest in a more durable solution.
