end-to-end.</p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong DevOps and AWS experience to help build, automate, and scale BrightOrder’s cloud-based platform.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who can contribute across the stack — building backend services, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and frontend components — while also supporting cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and automation.</p><p>You’ll write production-grade code, improve developer workflows, and help keep our systems fast, secure, reliable, and scalable.</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, backend services, APIs, and internal tools.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go (Golang).</li><li>Build and enhance frontend or internal tooling using React.js or similar frameworks.</li><li>Develop RESTful APIs, integrations, and service-to-service communication.</li><li>Build automation scripts and internal tools to improve deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.</li><li>Configure and manage AWS services, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch.</li><li>Optimize and maintain databases, including PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora.</li><li>Use RabbitMQ or similar tools for inter-service communication.</li><li>Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.</li><li>Use infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.</li><li>Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerts, dashboards, and observability practices using tools such as <strong>New Relic, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana</strong> to improve system reliability, performance visibility, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable releases.</li><li>Use tools such as <strong>Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk</strong> to support issue tracking, escalation workflows, production support, and cross-functional communication with QA, Customer Support, and Development teams.</li><li>Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements.</li><li>Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, Copilot, or similar platforms to support development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><h3><strong>Must-Have Experience</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>5+ years of professional software development experience</strong> in a full stack, backend, DevOps, or cloud systems role.</li><li>Strong proficiency with <strong>Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js</strong> or another modern frontend framework.</li><li>Solid experience designing and building <strong>backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, and service-based systems</strong>.</li><li>Intermediate hands-on experience with AWS services, including <strong>ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows</strong>.</li><li>Strong database experience across relational and non-relational systems, including <strong>PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>RabbitMQ, Redis, microservices, serverless architectures, GraphQL, real-time messaging</strong>, or similar distributed system technologies.</li><li>Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as <strong>New Relic, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of <strong>Linux systems, networking fundamentals, application security, cloud security best practices, security reviews, and vulnerability management</strong>.</li><li>Experience building tools or solutions for developers, operations, QA, customer support, or other internal users, including exposure to <strong>Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk</strong> workflows.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>SaaS, fleet management, logistics, telematics, IoT, or connected device ecosystems</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated use of
