Frontend Engineer

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Participate in the development of product-oriented <strong>frameworks, tools, and platforms</strong>, as well as system architecture design and construction.<br><br></li> <li>Work closely with the team to deliver features efficiently and with high quality, while collaborating on testing, deployment, and launch.<br><br></li> <li>Continuously optimize systems to ensure strong browser compatibility and stability.<br><br></li> <li>Maintain clean coding practices with a focus on readability, maintainability, and scalability at the code level.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Proficient in core front-end technologies such as <strong>JavaScript, HTML, CSS</strong>, and familiar with related standards.<br><br></li> <li>Skilled in common front-end frameworks such as <strong>React (preferred), Vue, or Angular</strong>, along with community tools like <strong>Redux / RxJS</strong>.<br><br></li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>front-end engineering and modularization</strong>, with hands-on experience using and configuring build tools like <strong>Webpack, Gulp, or Rollup</strong>.<br><br></li> <li>Knowledgeable about the characteristics of different browsers, able to resolve compatibility issues effectively, and strong in implementing user-friendly UI interactions.<br><br></li> <li>In-depth understanding of the underlying principles and technical implementations of at least one front-end framework, with the ability to perform system performance optimization based on framework features.<br><br></li> <li>Positive and optimistic personality, good at communication and knowledge sharing, passionate about technical innovation, and responsible toward both the team and personal tasks.<br><br></li> </ol> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Experience in back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).<br><br></li> <li>Hands-on experience developing large-scale web systems, mobile apps, or PC applications.<br><br></li> <li>Experience independently designing and building front-end project architectures.</li> </ol>
