Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer Cross-chain FX and settlements infrastructure US (New York Preferred) $100k - $300k Plexus is working with a new client in the Web3 infrastructure space. They are building cross-chain foreign exchange and settlement technology, enabling seamless value transfer across blockchain networks. They are looking for a Chief Risk Officer/Founding Engineer to join at the ground floor and help architect and build their core protocol infrastructure from scratch. Role: Designing and building core cross-chain settlement infrastructure. Contributing to protocol architecture and technical decision-making. Shipping production-ready code across the full stack. Collaborating directly with founders to define the technical roadmap. Requirements: Strong background in blockchain or distributed systems engineering. Experience building and shipping production-level Web3 applications. Proficiency in a systems or smart contract programming language.
