About the Role An early-stage B2B SaaS company operating in the AI-powered procurement technology space is looking for a driven Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to join its Berlin team. You'll work directly alongside the CEO, owning high-volume outbound outreach and helping to build the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn enterprise sales from first principles and have a real impact on pipeline growth. The company sells an AI-native platform to procurement teams at industrial manufacturers, helping them make smarter, faster, and more autonomous purchasing decisions. Customers include large industrial enterprises across Europe. What You'll Do Run outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to fill the top of the pipeline with qualified enterprise conversations. Research target accounts from the ICP list and identify the right contacts and trigger events for timely, relevant outreach. Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages aimed at procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers — in both German and English . Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates. Track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics; run A/B tests to improve outreach performance weekly. Enrich, maintain, and keep target account data clean and actionable in the CRM. Help prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers. Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's GTM playbook. Sit in on strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations to gain full business context. Take on ad-hoc startup tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, or investor deck updates as needed. What We're Looking For Must-haves: Based in Berlin and available to work from our Kreuzberg office (hybrid arrangements possible). Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field. Hands-on experience with outbound outreach at scale for enterprise customers — researching accounts, crafting personalized messages, and managing multi-touch sequences via email and LinkedIn. Strong professional writing in both German and English : able to write a cold email in German to a Head of Procurement and an investor update summary in English. Highly organized, reliable, and able to deliver repetitive work to a high standard without close supervision. Entrepreneurial mindset — evidence of building, organizing, or starting something (a club, side project, startup, etc.). Comfortable with outbound sales as a core daily responsibility and eager to iterate on performance. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage account data, track sequences, and maintain data hygiene. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with procurement processes or procurement domain knowledge. Interest or experience in B2B enterprise sales or AI-driven software. Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Compensation & Benefits Competitive working student / internship compensation. Direct mentorship from the founding CEO with exposure to all aspects of an early-stage startup. Real ownership and responsibility from day one — not a coffee-and-slides internship. Opportunity to attend strategy, product, and investor meetings to build a full picture of the business. Location This role is based in Berlin, Germany (Kreuzberg). Hybrid working is possible, but regular on-site presence at the Kreuzberg office is expected. Candidates must already be based in Berlin or able to commit to working from Berlin.
