Role Overview In-Person or Remote We’re hiring a hands-on Financial Operations Analyst to support our CFO as we scale. Key Responsibilities Own customer onboarding in procurement/AP portals; complete vendor registrations and maintain remit/banking info. Create and send customer invoices per executed contracts/order forms; ensure accurate coding, dates, tax treatment, and contacts. Monitor AR aging and payment status; run a proactive collections cadence and resolve billing issues with customer success teams. Onboard new vendors; collect and validate required documentation and banking details. Review and approve vendor invoices; verify against POs/contracts, work with CFO to code to the correct GL/category, route for approvals, and schedule payments. Coordinate with the Head of Sales to calculate monthly sales commissions; validate attainment/crediting and prepare payout files. Process contractor pay runs; validate agreements, hours/rates, and tax documents; execute payments on schedule. Review bi-weekly FTE payroll for accuracy; reconcile changes and resolve discrepancies with the CFO firm/payroll provider. Identify and implement lightweight process and tooling improvements across AR, AP, and payroll. Required Qualifications 3–6+ years in finance operations/accounting supporting AR, AP, and payroll in a high-growth or venture-backed SaaS environment. Strong customer/vendor communication; adept with enterprise procurement/AP portals and resolving PO/invoice discrepancies. Advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations). Experience with modern finance tools: QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Chargebee, Brex, Rippling; Salesforce Detail-oriented, high integrity, deadline-driven; familiarity with US GAAP basics and SOC 2 evidence collection is a plus. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
