<ul> <li>Responsible for managing and delivering the statutory financial accounting and reporting for the Group, including consolidated financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP</li> <li>Liaise and collaborate closely with the auditors, legal counsels, tax, business and regional finance teams</li> <li>Assist in the ongoing development of the group accounting policies, including the implementation of new processes and system changes</li> <li>Act as an internal consultant on technical accounting issues, including writing technical papers and advising on the impact of new accounting developments</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive the establishment and ongoing improvement of internal controls and business processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements</li> <li>Ensure tax accounting (i.e. deferred tax, provisional tax) aligned with statutory tax computation and submission</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Undertake ad-hoc special projects, including but not limited to valuation, internal control processes, M&A, adoption of new accounting standards, system implementation, etc</li> <li>Build, mentor and develop a high-performing Group finance team; set clear objectives and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Continued focus in improving business and finance processes  </li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li>Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in preparing/managing/auditing complex group consolidation (i.e. subsidiary, associate, Joint venture, non-controlling interest) in Big 4 financial service audit or financial institution is desired</li> <li>Experience in managing US IPO project or announcements to US stock exchanges</li> <li>Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA and etc.)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive strategic decision-making</li> </ul> <ul> <li>High attention to detail with strong stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Competent in IFRS/US GAAP </li> <li>Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience in Oracle/Hyperion and data analytic tool is an advantage</li> <li>Preferably with crypto knowledge</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Good Command in English and Chinese</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div data-lark-html-role="root">Notice: <div data-lark-html-role="root">All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
