About the Team This is the first hire that sits at the center of our Founders at FINNY, directly supporting our three co-founders as they lead the company through an exciting period of growth. This role will own the operational backbone that keeps leadership running at full speed — calendars, travel, office operations, and the day-to-day logistics that let the founders focus on building. This team touches every part of the company, acting as a connective layer between leadership and all internal functions, and is often the first to know where things are moving and what needs to happen next. About the Role We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join FINNY and become a trusted right hand to our three co-founders. This role exists because our Founders are moving fast and need a sharp, dependable operator who can manage their time, anticipate their needs, and remove friction before it shows up. You'll handle everything from complex multi-leg travel itineraries and packed calendars to stocking the office and coordinating team meals — no task is too big or too small. You'll work directly with the founders daily and coordinate closely with Finance, People, and other teams as we expand our physical footprint. Success in this role looks like founders who never miss a meeting, travel that runs smoothly, an office that hums, and leadership that trusts you completely to handle the details. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end calendar management for all three co-founders, including scheduling, prioritization, and resolving conflicts across time zones Plan and book all founder travel — flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries — and travel alongside founders when needed Manage day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies, food, snacks, and catering for team meals and events Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors, building management, and facilities as FINNY expands to new locations Anticipate founder needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate — from prep materials for key meetings to last-minute logistics Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings, team offsites, and executive dinners Support special projects and company initiatives as directed by the founders What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Coordinator, or Office Manager, ideally supporting C-suite or founder-level executives Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball Strong communication skills — professional, clear, and confident with both internal teams and external partners Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion Comfortable with frequent travel and flexibility around founders' schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and doesn't wait to be told what to do Nice to Have Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company where roles evolve quickly Experience managing office buildouts or supporting physical expansion to new locations Familiarity with executive travel tools, expense platforms, or office management software (e.g., Concur, Ramp, Notion) Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously across different working styles Compensation & Benefits FINNY offers a competitive compensation package including: Competitive salary and equity Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible paid time off 401(k) Food and meals provided in our NYC office Team offsites and events Equal Opportunity Employer FINNY is an equal opportunity employer.
