If any of this resonates with you, then we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>You'll join our fast paced, versatile Admin & Office Experience (AOX) team who supports the highest priorities of our executives at Expel. Specifically, you'll directly support our Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and their organizations. In addition, you'll be part of helping execute company-wide engagement alongside the AOX team. Your skills and experience will add an invaluable contribution to elevating the standard for how we operate. </p> <p>The ideal candidate will be trusted with managing a wide range of responsibilities to support both c-level executives and broader company objectives. The person in this role will have a demonstrated track record of taking ownership, asking good questions, and the ability to work both independently and on a close-knit team to consistently deliver results. In this fast-paced setting, we need someone with a sharp eye for detail, sound judgment, and the steady presence required to keep executives, their teams, and company priorities all in balance. You'll be trusted with sensitive information and high-visibility work, and how you handle both shapes the experience every executive has with our team.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What you can do for Expel</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Provide dedicated executive support to one to two c-level executives and their organizations, ensuring seamless workflow management</li> <li>Manage complex, dynamic executive calendars, surfacing scheduling conflicts, proposing solutions, and ensuring agendas are well-organized and communicated</li> <li>Look for ways to optimize executive time, taking recurring tasks off their plate as you build context on their priorities</li> <li>Exercise sound judgment; know when to decide independently and when to escalate, and own the results of both</li> <li>Support special projects that improve the AOX team's efficiency, including project tracking and process documentation</li> <li>Help organize and execute high-quality events for executives and their teams, working within department-specific budget considerations</li> <li>Assist in drafting communications, managing follow-ups, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items to ensure timely execution of tasks and priorities</li> <li>Engage clearly and professionally in both verbal and written communication with your executives, the broader AOX team, company-wide departments, and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, partners, prospects, and vendors)</li> <li>Establish strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders, creating memorable interactions and fostering engagement</li> <li>Manage travel arrangements and associated logistics, ensuring executives have all necessary details and documents for smooth travel, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and other applicable details</li> <li>Assist with recruiting coordination for VP and c-level candidates as needed, including interview scheduling and travel accommodations</li> <li>Serve as a backup for other Executive Assistants, stepping in as needed to maintain operational continuity across the executive support team</li> <li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times</li> <li>Provide a variety of other department-specific support as needed</li> <li>Poke fun at our executives from time to time…we gotta keep 'em humble amirite?</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What Expel can do for you</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Expose you to executives who are leading the growth of one of the most innovative cybersecurity companies out there</li> <li>Challenge you to build solutions that improve processes and build strong working relationships</li> <li>Provide an environment that encourages robust dialogue to continuously improve the status quo</li> <li>Give you a front-row seat to how decisions actually get made at the executive level</li> <li>Tap into your creative side when solving problems - we love new ideas</li> <li>Provide coaching, feedback, and opportunities to grow your professional skills</li> <li>Place you on a close-knit administrative team who operates like a well-oiled machine</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What you should bring with you</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of professional experience supporting c-level executives</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience</li> <li>Polished organizational skills, reflecting the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple urgent tasks seamlessly</li> <li>A positive, team-first attitude - we rise by lifting others</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace in conjunction with strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills</li> <li>Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a bias toward action</li> <li>Comfort working with incomplete information, and the judgment to know when to move forward and when to ask</li> <li>Confidence in asking questions and seeking guidance when necessary</li> <li>A willingness to embrace change and maintain a mindset of continuous learning</li> <li>A keen eye for efficiency, consistently looking for ways to improve the processes you touch</li> <li>An exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively provide and receive feedback from both executives and other team members, fostering a collaborative and transparent working environment</li> <li>Ability to be concise with communication, verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>An understanding of the importance of follow-up and task completion in the wake of (sometimes constant) interruptions</li> <li>Comfort using generative AI tools to work faster and smarter - or curiosity about learning</li> <li>Ability to adhere to ET work hours and support executives in varying timezones</li> </ul> <p><em>(Pro tip: The hiring manager loves an engaging cover letter!)</em></p> <hr> <h2><strong>Additional notes</strong></h2> <p>This role is remote within the United States.</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $86,870 USD and $125,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity. While the full salary band reflects our long-term compensation framework, we're primarily targeting candidates between $95,000 and $115,000 based on experience, skills, and market data.</p> <p>We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You'll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.</p> <p>We're only hiring those authorized to work in the United States.
