What started as a DME ePrescribing tool has become the order management platform of choice for home medical equipment.</p> <p>Join our team and make a difference in patient care.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Parachute Health is hiring its first dedicated Event Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across the 65+ industry conferences and events we attend each year, spanning four buyer segments: HME suppliers, clinicians, health systems, and payers. This role will also lead the build-out of Parachute's owned events, such as customer advisory boards and hosted customer events.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a strategy-plus-execution role. You'll partner with the SVP Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer, and customer-facing leadership to decide which events we invest in and why, manage the budget across the portfolio, and drive the marketing and logistics that make each event successful.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the annual events portfolio strategy: which events to attend, at what tier of investment, and why, tied to lead generation and brand goals across all four buyer segments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage the events budget, including recommending where to increase, hold, or cut spend.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Run event execution end-to-end: logistics, booth/asset management, staffing coordination, and on-site presence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management so leads captured at events flow into effective marketing campaigns and timely sales and CS follow-up.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own lead capture, ROI tracking, and attribution for events, closing the current gap between event spend and pipeline visibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the design and execution of Parachute-owned events, including customer advisory boards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage external vendors supporting the events program (asset storage/shipping, lead capture tooling, and potentially contract event staff).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support Sales and Account Management with merchandise and collateral for key prospect and customer accounts.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing budget and strategy for both industry conferences and owned/hosted events.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A demonstrated ability to translate event spend into ROI: lead generation, growth within existing accounts, and brand awareness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with lead capture tools and a CRM (HubSpot preferred), including getting event leads routed and followed up on.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High agency and a bias toward action.
