You will make regulatory requirements work in day-to-day operations and provide independent, practical advice to management and business teams.</div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-IUbwd5MPxoGdo2xask7u00CnsKe"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></div> <ul class="list-bullet1"> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Kv4wd4eXwoTCidxvKYxuiqTysPc" data-list="bullet"> <div>Develop the EMI’s compliance framework, including policies, advisory processes, controls, monitoring and reporting.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-FWZxdWXqIoxFqZxaaz2uhB62sJc" data-list="bullet"> <div>Assess regulatory changes affecting e-money and payment services, and work with the relevant teams to implement them.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-TExrdVudZo5UN8xk3sou5QqosGe" data-list="bullet"> <div>Set a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and track findings through to resolution.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Wxzyd4rJZoOcYex4292uwWwZsfd" data-list="bullet"> <div>Advise Product, Operations and management on new offerings, processes and outsourcing arrangements.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-NWgJdyrdaoohYGxiChAuYXT9s3c" data-list="bullet"> <div>Prepare compliance reporting for management and, where the role requires it, support engagement with the regulator.
