As a SAP Consultant, your mission will be to lead and execute SAP S/4HANA MM implementation and improvement projects, taking ownership of functional configurations, testing, and go-live activities. You will act as the internal functional reference for SAP MM, working closely with business areas, technical teams, and external partners to deliver solutions and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for: <ul> <li>Configuring and customizing SAP S4 HANA MM modules;</li> <li>Take hands-on ownership of SAP S/4HANA MM configurations and customizations, from solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live;</li> <li>Act as the main internal SAP MM functional reference, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver projects and resolve complex challenges;</li> <li>Conduct requirements gathering, analyze processes and propose innovative and efficient solutions;</li> <li>Supporting implementation teams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget;</li> <li>Developing and proposing high-quality SAP solutions;</li> <li>Carrying out system tests, preparing technical and functional documentation, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions;</li> <li>Collaborate with other consultants and architects to ensure efficient integration of SAP solutions with other systems;</li> </ul> Main requirements for this position: <ul> <li>Solid experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant, with hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or migration projects;</li> <li>Proven experience configuring and customizing SAP MM solutions, with direct responsibility for functional deliverables, testing, and go-live activities;</li> <li>Ability to independently lead functional project activities end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and delivery;</li> <li>Strong understanding of procurement processes, SAP MM best practices, and business process governance;</li> <li>Proactive and hands-on mindset, with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities;</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business areas, technical teams, and external partners;</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Workflow (WF), especially approval processes, will be considered a plus;</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Ariba will be considered an advantage;</li> <li>Advanced English will be considered an advantage.</li> </ul> EBANX offers: <ul> <li>Spanish, English, and Portuguese classes;</li> <li>Meal Allowance;</li> <li>Transportation voucher (if needed);</li> <li>WAVES - Program of goals and results (variable compensation);</li> <li>EBANX Play - Wellness (Gympass, e-Sports, SESC );</li> <li>EBANX Education: financial support for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs so you can develop important skills for your career;</li> <li>EBANX Skills: budget for workshops and courses;</li> <li>EBANX Flexible: Birthday Day Off;</li> <li>Semi-flexible hours (8 hours a day - Monday to Friday);</li> <li>EBANX Family: Daycare assistance, extended leave for caregivers and support program for children and pregnant women;</li> <li>EBANX Health: Health and Dental Insurance, with subsidy for dependents and medicine subsidy for ebankers;</li> <li>Life Insurance: Life Insurance 100% paid by EBANX;</li> <li>Blue Club: Exclusive discount for ebankers in bakeries, restaurants, courses, electronics stores, and more!</li> </ul> Follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/ebanx/mycompany/?viewAsMember=true">LinkedIn</a> and check out our <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ebanxlife/">Instagram</a> to learn more about the #ebanxlife.
