As an Enterprise Security, Risk & Compliance (ESRC) Co-Op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting real-world security, audit, and compliance initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals. This 6-month co-op offers valuable exposure to multiple areas of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), helping you build skills and experience for a future career in technology and security.</span></div> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hybrid position located at our Wilmington, MA headquarters, requiring three (4) days per week onsite. Only local candidates will be considered.</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in gathering compliance and audit artifacts across different functional areas to satisfy audit, risk and control requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in documentation gathering, formatting, and publishing for internal customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support solution deployments designed to enhance and mature existing processes and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Facilitate collaboration by properly tracing and identifying appropriate business process and system owners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enable and schedule appropriate discussions and activities in support of key deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Gather ESRC relevant data in support of reporting, analytics and stakeholder communications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Participate in creating audit procedures in support of key audit activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collect, format and present security risks and vulnerabilities in an effort to support the remediation plan and activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support third-party risk management activities, including vendor risk assessments, security questionnaire reviews, and vendor documentation upkeep.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to work a hybrid role (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5pm) for a fall Co-Op internship period (July/August - January 2026) </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled at an accredited college or university studying the field of business administration, computer science, legal studies, security, audit and/or engineering.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">An intermediate or higher level understanding of technology.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
