About Fullscript We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better. This is your invitation. Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care. The Mission The backend infrastructure team enables fast, reliable product development at Fullscript by defining and upholding engineering standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability. We own the long-term technical health of Fullscript’s core Ruby on Rails application and the experience developers have working within it. Through foundational upgrades, shared tooling, and cross-team infrastructure projects, we help product teams move quickly and build confidently as the company grows. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our backend infrastructure team. This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and project execution. You’ll grow a strong team, set a clear roadmap, and guide decisions that improve application health and developer productivity. You’ll stay close to the technical work through solution design, code review, and hands-on contributions where they’re most useful. You’ll also partner with engineering leaders and product teams to prioritize platform investments, coordinate changes, and connect technical improvements to business needs.
