We are looking for an EMEA Marketing Specialist to join our London-based EMEA Marketing team, supporting field marketing and partner marketing activity across the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing, whether through university studies, internships, work experience, or a previous marketing role. You will support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing programmes across EMEA, with a particular focus on events, partner activity, team coordination and operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and confident working with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, partner teams, and regional leadership. Fluent French language skills are strongly preferred, as this role has the potential to grow into a regional marketing management position supporting France.   What you will do <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the EMEA Field Marketing team with the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of events across the region, including DigiCert-hosted events, roadshows, trade shows, executive briefings, webinars, and partner-led activity</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate event logistics, including venue liaison, supplier management, registration tracking, event materials, speaker support, onsite requirements, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide onsite event support where required, helping ensure events run smoothly and deliver a strong experience for customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support internal communications for EMEA marketing programmes, including event updates, briefing documents, sales enablement notes, timelines, follow-up actions, and post-event summaries</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with project management across multiple EMEA marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, owners, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support marketing performance measurement by helping collect, organise, and report on key campaign and event metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, feedback, and follow-up actions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the EMEA Partner Marketing function with marketing development fund administration, partner briefing coordination, partner event support, and campaign tracking</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help coordinate partner marketing activity, including gathering requirements, managing timelines, supporting approvals, tracking deliverables, and ensuring activity is aligned to agreed plans</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to process improvements that help the EMEA Marketing team operate more efficiently and consistently across regions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with global marketing, regional sales, partner teams, solution engineering, and external suppliers to support high-quality execution across EMEA campaigns and events</li> </ul>   What you will have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in both strategic projects and practical execution</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, partner marketing, and/or field marketing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different countries, functions, and time zones</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting events, webinars, partner campaigns, or sales-led marketing activity is a plus</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
