This is a <strong>full-time, remote </strong>position. Please see hours below.</p> <p>Hours:</p><ul><li>Regular hours: Mondays-Thursdays: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Fridays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM</li><li>Subject to potential weekend shifts (3-4 hours on <strong>either</strong> Saturday OR Sunday)</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3> <p><strong>Empower Tutoring</strong> is an Ontario-based tutoring company, offering online tutoring for high-school students in Math, Chemistry, Physics, English, and more. Our team of tutors provide personalized tutoring sessions, tailored to each student they work with.</p> <p><em>We are currently looking for a dedicated entry-level </em><em><strong>Educational Sales Consultant </strong></em><em>who is enthusiastic, high energy, and enjoys helping families with their tutoring needs. </em></p> <h3>Responsibilities<span></span></h3><ul><li>Respond to new family inquiries</li><li>Run phone consultations with parents</li><li>Understand each student's needs and goals</li><li>Recommend the right tutoring plan</li><li>Have pricing and enrolment conversations</li><li>Follow up with families </li><li>Hand off new families to Student Success Managers</li><li>Write clear notes to support tutor matching</li><li>Keep lead records accurate and up to date</li></ul><h3>Only Apply If You...</h3> <ul><li>Genuinely enjoy talking to people and get energy from being on the phone <strong>most of the day</strong></li><li>Are comfortable calling parents and <strong>building rapport</strong> quickly</li><li>Are a <strong>good</strong> <strong>listener</strong> and can understand family needs </li><li>Can be quick <strong>on the spot</strong> during phone calls</li><li><strong>Learn</strong> new programs, systems, and processes quickly<br></li><li>Are <strong>passionate</strong> about education</li><li>Are a <strong>confident, extroverted </strong>and<strong> energetic person!</strong></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>University degree</li><li>Knowledge of the Ontario curriculum </li><li>Experience in customer service work or sales (preferably in an educational setting)</li><li>Previous experience in education field or as a tutor is an asset</li><li>Available full-time and willing to commit for the long-term<br></li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>$20.00/hour + purchases bonuses </li></ul> <p>Please submit your cover letter and resume for consideration.
