<div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p>In this role, you will lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing strategies for the domestic artist roster through a global lens, driving audience growth, cultural impact, and commercial success through data-led insights, innovative campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <div>This is a part-time maternity cover position, requiring 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.</div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver end-to-end marketing strategies for the domestic roster, with a strong focus on amplification, audience development, first party data strategy, and data-driven insights. &nbsp;Ensure alignment and integration across marketing &amp; promotions to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.</li> <li>Oversee the creation and delivery of all marketing assets, including digital content and campaign collateral. &nbsp;Produce local content by managing end-to-end creative execution – from briefing and liaising with creatives, to coordinating shoots, managing budgets and contracts and ensuring timely delivery of final assets.</li> <li>Set and lead the international strategy for domestic artists, identifying global growth opportunities. Coordinate international campaign alignment by partnering with global label teams on timelines, strategy, assets, and artist schedules.</li> <li>Manage and allocate marketing budgets ensuring optimal return on investment. Lead media strategy and buying across key platforms, including Spotify, Google (YouTube), Meta and TikTok. &nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and secure branding, commercial and industry partnership opportunities for roster.</li> <li>Work closely with artists to define and evolve their visual brand identity, delivering cohesive release tools such as press images, artwork, websites, and both long- and short-form content. &nbsp;Key liaison with artists’ wider teams, including agents, and promoters, to align on strategy.</li> <li>Manage the delivery, ingestion, and scheduling of domestic releases, including art, audio, label copy, and videos. &nbsp;This includes overseeing the domestic front-line spatial audio delivery</li> <li>Lead campaign analysis and reporting, (including PCRs) to internal teams, artists, and management.
