The Role The Veeva Compass Strategy team is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly driven Strategist with a passion for client engagement and deep, recent expertise in the Payer data space within the biopharma and biotech markets. As the Strategy Lead for Compass Payer —an upcoming, high-visibility launch within the Compass product suite—you will essentially act as the "CEO" for this product line, taking full ownership of its commercial success in the market. In this role, you will develop, iterate, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan. You will collaborate closely with Data Cloud Account Partners and Compass Solution Consulting teams to tailor strategies for individual customer accounts, serving as the ultimate subject-matter expert (SME) in high-stakes customer conversations. This is a pivotal role for the future of the Compass business, offering the opportunity to make a massive, visible impact.
