Operating in a newly public environment, you will be responsible for building this function from the ground up, establishing scalable SEC reporting processes, managing key external advisory partners, and driving reporting innovation. You will collaborate with our systems team to align our ongoing NetSuite environment with technical reporting needs, while spearheading the deployment of modern tools to optimize our financial reporting and compliance infrastructure.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Work</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>1.Technical Accounting &amp; Internal Controls</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Core Technical Expertise:</strong> Serve as the subject matter expert on key areas including revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), valuation analysis, and address other complex, non-routine transactions as they arise.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical Memos &amp; Policies:</strong> Draft, update, and enforce audit-ready technical white papers and company-wide accounting policies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>SOX &amp; Internal Controls:</strong> Collaborate across the broader accounting organization to develop, implement, and maintain appropriate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance frameworks and internal controls over financial reporting.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>2.
