About this Team and Role: We are seeking a Director of Strategic Finance & Direct Investments to join our Finance leadership team. This is a high-impact, visionary leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Finance. In this capacity, you will serve as a key architect of Mozilla’s long-term financial future. You will sit at the intersection of corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, and forward-looking financial planning. You will lead a small, elite team of finance professionals tasked with translating Mozilla’s long-term vision into rigorous financial models, evaluating market sizes, monitoring our investment portfolio, and collaborating across our subsidiaries to track broader industry shifts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial leader who possesses a blend of deep macroeconomic insight, advanced strategic framing capabilities, and a proven track record of guiding "build vs. partner" decisions alongside senior executives. What You’ll Do: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Long-Range Strategic Modeling: Own and evolve Mozilla’s 3-to-5-year long-range financial model, translating high-level strategic goals and company vision into actionable financial forecasts.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Market Architecture (TAM/SAM/SOM): Conduct rigorous market sizing and segmentation analyses.
