About Us Passive Income Dentist is an online coaching and education company helping dentist business owners build profitable practices and design lives of real freedom. We do this through programs, live events, a membership community, and hands-on implementation coaching. We're a 7-figure business at a genuine inflection point, and we're hiring the operator who will build the infrastructure to scale to the next level. Why This Role Exists The founder is exceptional at vision and content. What the business needs now is one person who owns execution — not assists with it, not supports it. Owns it. You'll build the management layer, hold every function accountable to measurable outcomes, and protect the founder's time so he can stay in the work only he can do. If you've taken a founder-led online business from chaotic-but-growing to structured-and-scaling, this role was built for you. What You'll Own <ul> <li>Build the processes and streamline the systems to ensure all the tasks are delivered in an efficient way.</li> <li>Build the org structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks that give the team a real management system</li> <li>Own the relationship with our external marketing agency and hold them accountable to weekly funnel performance and revenue targets</li> <li>Design and deploy KPI dashboards across the coaching team and leadership</li> <li>Run the weekly leadership cadence and quarterly planning process</li> <li>Identify talent gaps, lead hiring processes, and implement performance reviews</li> <li>Filter and resolve operational issues before they reach the founder — target is founder at 10 hours or fewer per week within 12 months</li> </ul> What We're Looking For Non-negotiable experience: <ul> <li>Operated inside an online coaching, education, or digital marketing business scaled to $10M+</li> <li>Managed a fully distributed remote team</li> <li>Held a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performance</li> <li>Scaled a business through the $3M–$10M growth phase</li> </ul> Core competencies: <ul> <li>P&L ownership and financial reporting</li> <li>Systems and SOP architecture from scratch</li> <li>Performance management through scorecards and KPI rhythms</li> <li>AI and automation as daily operational tools</li> <li>Structured hiring and team design</li> </ul> You're the right fit if you've worked directly for a founder before and found it energizing. You manage up, push back respectfully, and bring solutions to problems. You build things that run without you.
