About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer with strong e-commerce experience to lead customer retention and growth initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role will have a heavy emphasis on email marketing strategy and execution, particularly within Klaviyo, while also supporting broader e-commerce growth efforts including paid social campaigns, TikTok Shop initiatives, influencer partnerships, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands the customer lifecycle, and is excited to experiment with new channels that generate measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, and customer lifecycle flows. Build and optimize email sequences such as welcome flows, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase journeys, win-back campaigns, and promotional campaigns. Monitor email marketing performance and continuously improve KPIs such as revenue per recipient, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer retention. Support customer acquisition initiatives across paid e-commerce channels. Assist with TikTok Shop strategy, product launches, and marketplace growth opportunities. Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns. Manage and optimize social media marketing initiatives across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Collaborate on website improvements, merchandising strategy, and conversion rate optimization efforts. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and customer insights. Research and test emerging growth channels and digital marketing opportunities. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms. Proven success managing email campaigns and automated customer lifecycle flows that drive measurable revenue. Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce marketing metrics. Experience with paid social advertising or other paid acquisition channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms. Experience managing influencer campaigns or affiliate programs. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and website UX best practices. Familiarity with Shopify themes, Liquid, or technical marketing implementations. Experience within the fashion, eyewear, beauty, or consumer products industries. Success in This Role Increase revenue generated through email marketing and retention programs. Identify and scale profitable customer acquisition channels. Successfully launch and grow new e-commerce initiatives such as TikTok Shop. Improve website conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Contribute strategic ideas that support long-term brand growth and profitability.
