</span><strong><span>Design System Designer</span></strong><span> to contribute to the evolution of our design system across product and engineering. </span></p> <p><span>The role combines systems thinking with hands-on design of design system components — working within the UI kit and design system context to define, refine, and maintain reusable UI elements (inputs, controls, patterns), in close collaboration with product designers.<br>In this role, you will be responsible for the consistency, quality, and ongoing evolution of the design system across product teams.<br>This is a collaborative role at the intersection of design and engineering, working closely with frontend engineers and product designers to align standards and implementation practices.<br><br>Join our team foundation in Figma, Storybook, and code;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Design and refine core UI components (inputs, buttons, form elements, patterns other UI components and patterns) as part of the design system;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Refine and extend a scalable token architecture (primitive → semantic → component) with support for theming;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Improve alignment between Figma, frontend implementation, and Storybook to ensure consistency across the product;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Contribute to and improve the design-to-code workflow using Figma Variables, Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, and CI/CD pipelines;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Support migration of components toward a token-based structure, starting with the most impactful areas;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Help shape and maintain contribution guidelines and system standards for design and engineering teams;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to make the system easy to understand and use;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Explore and support AI-assisted workflows, including structured and machine-readable design system <li> <p><span>Strong Figma expertise (Variables, Auto Layout, Component Properties, shared libraries);</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Good understanding of frontend development (CSS custom properties, SCSS, basic JavaScript) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Hands-on experience with Storybook (writing stories, documenting states and variants);</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Familiarity with token tooling such as Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio, or equivalent;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Strong systems thinking — able to see patterns, dependencies, and long-term implications across design and code;</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Practical mindset focused on building solutions that teams can realistically adopt and
