old-record-id-AxkLd0LjSoz9qIxqkxBlhSjzgBd">As a Deputy General Counsel or Associate General Counsel in our Institutional practice group, you will play a key role in our Global Legal team, actively supporting our global institutional and trading businesses, as well as our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform.</div> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-CEeUdVpu8o9CzpxIgLFl9Hlzgmh"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></h2> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-EnDUda91kogNYBx0XkXlnGXdgMf">Act as a key legal advisor within the global institutional legal team, focusing on our institutional business, trading, and P2P platforms, and ensuring compliance and robust legal support across these key business areas;</div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Okz4dGJ41oynXfxC7DAlZ4M0gvf">Provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on complex legal and regulatory issues impacting institutional clients, including contract negotiations,
