The Deputy General Counsel will play a central role in proactively shaping OKX's regulatory and legal strategy in the US and across the Americas. The Deputy General Counsel will act as a key partner and provide day-to-day counsel to senior business leadership of OKX's US business, including the coordination of efforts with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and other functions. The Deputy General Counsel will stay abreast of all regulatory changes applicable to the digital asset space in the US, promptly communicate developments to OKX's senior business leadership, and help guide the business in identifying growth opportunities in the US.
