DeFi Product Owner (Mandarin Speaking)

<div><strong>Core Positioning</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Product Manager (Technical PM):</strong> Possesses an engineering background and can translate protocol/infrastructure complexity into clear product requirements and a seamless user experience.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5+ years of DeFi product experience, with a track record of building products from 0 to 1 (startup or core team experience preferred; well-known EVM DeFi project experience is a plus).</li> </ul> <div><strong>Technical Capabilities</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Deep understanding of on-chain mechanisms:</strong> Account models, transaction patterns, RPC/indexer reliability, caching, and cross-chain workflows.</li> <li><strong>Familiarity with wallet and core DeFi scenarios:</strong> Self-custodial wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield, and token standards.</li> <li><strong>Technical background:</strong> Full-stack or backend development foundation (React, Node, API, cloud architecture) to enable peer-to-peer technical dialogue with the engineering team.</li> <li><strong>Bonus points:</strong> Participation in setting protocol standards (e.g., EIP proposals) or hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integration.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Business &amp; Product Experience</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience building <strong>C-end consumer-grade crypto products</strong> combined with <strong>ecosystem-focused products</strong> (onboarding, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations).</li> <li>Proven, quantifiable track record in user growth or ecosystem integration.</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration experience across Engineering, Design, Data, and Ecosystem/BD teams.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Soft Skills &amp; Qualities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Strong sense of <strong>ownership</strong> and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.</li> <li><strong>Fluent in both Chinese and English</strong> (for team and ecosystem communication).</li> <li>A strong, smart-contract-first mindset regarding on-chain security.</li> </ul>
