The Data Operations team partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning to build scalable operational processes and high-quality datasets that power advanced AI technologies, including computer vision and machine learning.   We're looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead cross-functional operational initiatives from concept to production. This role combines technical understanding with operational execution, requiring strong ownership, project leadership, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment. About the Job  <ul> <li>Design, implement, and scale operational processes that support onboarding, ongoing operations, and future growth.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects across product, engineering, machine learning, and operation teams.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence through KPI ownership, process optimization, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Drive the operationalization and rollout of AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.</li> <li>Take ownership of complex operational challenges, ensuring successful execution and measurable business impact.</li> </ul> About You Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Data Operations, Technical Operations, Project Management, or related fields.</li> <li>2+ years of experience working in an R&D environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience leading technical implementation or integration projects.</li> <li>Experience working with Computer Vision, AI, or Machine Learning products.</li> <li>Experience with large-scale data annotation or data quality operations.</li> <li>Experience working with large-scale datasets.</li> </ul>
