In this role, you’ll work closely with new and existing <strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="188">B2B</strong> customers to ensure they’re fully onboarded, supported, and positioned for long-term success with Clara’s spend management solutions.</p> <p data-path-to-node="6">This is a client-facing <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="24">Account Management</strong> role where your ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively, and build trusted relationships will directly impact client satisfaction, retention (<strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="198">Gross/Net Retention</strong>), and revenue growth.</p> <p data-path-to-node="7">You will:</p> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0">Support onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and low-friction go-live process.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0">Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing enterprise and mid-market accounts, including conducting regular in-person relationship-building visits.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,2,0">Drive expansion, <strong data-path-to-node="8,2,0" data-index-in-node="17">cross-selling</strong>, and <strong data-path-to-node="8,2,0" data-index-in-node="36">upselling</strong> initiatives to deepen product adoption and expand usage across your portfolio.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,3,0">Monitor account health metrics to proactively mitigate <strong data-path-to-node="8,3,0" data-index-in-node="55">churn</strong> and identify growth opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,4,0">Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client portfolios and suggest strategic growth plans.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,5,0">Contribute to client communications and lifecycles alongside Sales and Marketing teams.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,6,0">Assist in gathering and organizing data for sales reporting, forecasting, and portfolio health tracking using tools like <strong data-path-to-node="8,6,0" data-index-in-node="121">Google Drive</strong>.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="9">Who you are</h3> <p data-path-to-node="10"><em data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
