<p>Customer Service Representative</p> <p><strong>Department:</strong> Sales<br><strong>Reports To:</strong> Director of Sales</p> <h3>Overview</h3> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a custom OEM electrical manufacturing environment and directly support our Sales team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by managing order entry, tracking project progress, coordinating internal communications, and providing excellent customer support throughout the lifecycle of each job.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, and a proactive approach to customer communication and internal coordination.</p> <p>This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p>· Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team</p> <p>· Enter and process customer sales orders accurately within company systems</p> <p>· Track active orders and maintain up-to-date job status information</p> <p>· Communicate order progress, scheduling updates, and delivery timelines to customers</p> <p>· Maintain and update internal job tracking logs and project documentation</p> <p>· Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounting departments to ensure smooth job execution and customer satisfaction</p> <p>· Assist in resolving customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and scheduling concerns</p> <p>· Ensure accuracy of customer records, pricing information, and order details</p> <p>· Maintain organized project files and support management reporting requirements</p> <p>· Support continuous communication between internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow and order completion</p> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p>· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities</p> <p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>· Strong customer service and relationship management skills</p> <p>· High attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities</p> <p>· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</p> <p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/order entry systems preferred</p> <p>· Previous experience in manufacturing, OEM, electrical industry, sales support, or customer service environments preferred</p> <p>· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</p> <p> </p> <h3>Why Moonshot?</h3> <p>· Own Real Impact: This role sits at the center of execution—your work directly impacts order accuracy, project flow, and customer satisfaction across every job.</p> <p>· Operate at Speed: Moonshot is a high-growth environment supporting the AI infrastructure boom.
