The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of crypto asset transactions, custody management, and the reconciliation of related activities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, cross-firm collaboration, and an interest in digital assets.</span></p> <p> </p> <h1><span style="color: #1f1f1f;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Process and settle crypto asset trades and Member transfers accurately and efficiently.</span></li> <li style="color: #1f1f1f !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Assist with asset liquidity to support day-to day business operations.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of crypto asset holdings and transactions across various platforms and liquidity providers.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams (payments, finance, compliance) and external counterparties as needed.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Monitor, and maintain accurate records of, all crypto related settlement and reconciliation activities.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy for Core Operations of Crypto.</span></li> <li style="color: #1f1f1f !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Partner with Operations leadership and Product on the design and rollout of reconciliation and control requirements for new product launches</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Assist in the preparation of reports for management.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1f1f1f;">Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><span style="color: #1f1f1f;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in financial operations, securities operations, trade/transaction processing, settlements, reconciliation, payments, brokerage operations, custody, or a similar financial services environment.</li> <li>Experience working with financial transactions, account/asset balances, or high-volume transaction data.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and operational issues.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large amounts of data.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Interest in cryptocurrency and digital assets and willingness to learn the crypto ecosystem.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><span style="color: #1f1f1f;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Experience supporting crypto, digital assets, brokerage, trading, exchanges, or custodians.</li> <li>Experience with back-office operations, settlements, reconciliation, or financial controls.</li> <li>Familiarity with SQL and Python, or interest in developing these skills.</li> <li>Experience working with multiple systems, platforms, or external financial counterparties.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
