Join our team and make a difference in patient care.</div>We’re looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Recruiting and Hiring team with driving growth on our Engineering and Product teams. This is a contract role (32 hours per week). <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Build a pipeline of product-focused technical talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities</li> <li>Keep Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), updated with accurate candidate information</li> <li>Schedule interviews through Greenhouse</li> <li>Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial interview stages</li> <li>Foster relationships with diverse technical talent communities</li> <li>Facilitate initial recruiter phone screens </li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-3 years or equivalent of technical sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)</li> <li>Knowledge of coding languages, frameworks, and general technical tools </li> <li>Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse</li> <li>Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other technical forums</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in a start-up or fast paced environment</li> </ul> <h3>Target Pay</h3> $40-$50/hour<div class="content-conclusion">California job applicants may access the Notice of Collection of Personal Information and Privacy Policy with information and rights required by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) the link <a class="c-link" href="https://www.parachutehealth.com/cpra" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="https://www.parachutehealth.com/cpra" data-sk="tooltip_parent">here</a>.
