This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global cryptocurrency company and contribute directly to our brand and content strategy. *This internship is available for 6 months on a full-time basis or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).* You must have the valid working rights in Hong Kong over the course of the internship period. You are required to work in the office min 2 days a week . An Allowance is provided for this role.  Key Responsibilities The Marketing Intern will be a crucial support across our content, social media, and brand initiatives, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Content Creation: Draft engaging, creative copy for social media (primarily X/Twitter) and write evergreen articles that are highly relevant to crypto trading and the broader industry.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Social & Trend Monitoring: Actively monitor social media platforms to identify emerging industry trends, breaking market news, and relevant discussions within the crypto space.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Performance Reporting: Compile, organise, and present comprehensive metric reports for social media, press releases, advertising campaigns, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Content Strategy: Collaborate with the PR & Brand Manager to maintain a rigorous content calendar, ensuring all content aligns with upcoming campaigns, product launches, and core branding pillars.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise effectively with the Design Team to prepare and procure necessary visual assets for marketing and campaign launches.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Web Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating the BitMEX website based on requests from internal stakeholder teams.</li> </ul> Qualifications The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment and possess the following qualities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Self-Starter & Digital Savvy: A highly creative, self-starter mentality. Must be digitally savvy with a proven ability to quickly identify and capitalise on social media trends.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Organised & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates extremely high attention to detail in all tasks, from reporting to content drafting, and possesses excellent organisational skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prior Crypto Knowledge (A Big Plus): Previous knowledge of, or active interaction with, crypto trading, particularly crypto derivatives trading, is a significant advantage.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.</li> </ul> Why BitMEX?
