Commercial Growth Account Executive - Acquisition

As startups build from zero to one, MongoDB sits directly at the center, powering modern AI applications with the scale and flexibility required for modern software.</p> <p>We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Tel Aviv for our hybrid working model.</p> <h3>Why You Should Apply</h3> <ul> <li>Powering the AI Era: As we move toward an AI-driven era, MongoDB is uniquely positioned to power modern AI applications with the flexibility and scale required to manage unstructured data</li> <li>Ground-Floor Opportunity: Join a high-growth, dedicated team at a time of rapid expansion, with massive market potential in the local Israeli startup scene</li> <li>World-Class Sales Enablement: Continuous career development, including our MongoDB Onboarding Sales Bootcamp, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message training</li> </ul> <h3>Day to Day</h3> <ul> <li>Cultivate sales through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across early-stage startups in Israel</li> <li>Strategically prospect into CTOs, VPs of R&amp;D, Engineering Leaders, and technical end-users</li> <li>Meet customers in-field and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close</li> <li>Partner closely with Solution Architects, Account Development, and Marketing to execute account strategies and accelerate deal cycles</li> <li>Build strong and effective relationships with technical decision-makers, tying technology back to their key business drivers</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring to the Table</h3> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years of full sales cycle experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales role</li> <li>Proven track record selling to technical decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of R&amp;D, DevOps, or Engineering Leaders)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to open new accounts from scratch and build a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting</li> <li>Consistent history of goal achievement in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Consultative mindset with the ability to articulate the business value of a technical product</li> </ul> <h3>About MongoDB</h3> <p>MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
