This role develops ILT and CBT virtual training, facilitates virtual training, builds learner confidence in systems and workflows, reinforces performance standards, and leverages adult learning principles and standardized measurement to ensure training effectiveness.</p> </div> </div> </div> <hr> <p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <div class="x_elementToProof"> <div class="x_elementToProof"> <div class="x_ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message x_skipProofing"> <ul> <li>Develop new learning content (both ILT and CBT)</li> <li>Maintain and update existing learning content</li> <li>Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environment</li> <li>Train employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools</li> <li>Conduct role plays, simulations, and hands-on learning activities</li> <li>Reinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coaching</li> <li>Support onboarding coordination and training administration</li> <li>Partner with operations leaders and SMEs to align training with business needs</li> <li>Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <div class="x_elementToProof"> <div class="x_elementToProof"> <div class="x_ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message x_skipProofing"> <ul> <li>3+ years of training development experience</li> <li>3+ years of virtual facilitation experience</li> <li>Experience working with an AI-enabled LMS and other supporting technologies such as Zoom, Teams etc.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to train on policies, systems, workflows, and job-specific processes</li> <li>Strong knowledge of adult learning principles</li> <li>Excellent writing, communication, and engagement skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and cross-functionally</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Preferred</strong></div> <div class="x_elementToProof"> <div class="x_ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message x_skipProofing" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"> <ul> <li>5+ years of training development experience</li> <li>5+ years of facilitation experience with at least 3 years facilitating in a virtual environment</li> <li>Familiarity with AI assisted authoring tools</li> <li>Advanced writing and communication skills</li> <li>Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or telehealth</li> <li>Experience coaching in a regulated, performance-driven environment</li> <li>Familiarity with HIPAA, FWA, and other compliance laws</li> <li>Experience supporting high growth / multi-state teams</li> </ul> </div> </div> <hr> <p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div><strong>Computer:</strong></div> <ul data-editing-info="{"applyListStyleFromLevel":true}"> <li> <div>Windows or Apple (macOS) Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones)</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Must </strong>have at least Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <div><strong>Hardware: </strong></div> <ul data-editing-info="{"applyListStyleFromLevel":true}"> <li> <div>Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Equivalent (Windows); Apple Silicon (Macs)</div> </li> <li> <div>RAM: 16 GB</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <div><strong>Headphones: </strong>Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality.
