We're building a world-class education platform to help people turn their knowledge into income through coaching and consulting.<br><br><strong>About The Role:</strong><br>This is a remote, full-time position. You must be available during 8AM-5PM EST, Monday to Friday. On average, you'll work up to 9 hours per day, and some days will require a little more effort of 10 hours.<br><br>You must currently live in North America, Europe, or South Africa, and speak fluent, accent-neutral English. Clear communication is non-negotiable, we're in the coaching business.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>Here are the requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li>You must be able to commit full time hours (Our office hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, though if you are different time zones we're super open minded) </li></ul> <ul> <li>You will be conducting new onboarding calls daily to welcome in new students.</li> <li>You will be conducting check in coaching calls daily, to hold accountable, motivate, and inspire students inside the program (must be comfortable jumping on 1:1 Zoom calls or recording Loom videos as needed.</li> <li>You will be messaging clients on a daily basis, in order to hold them accountable to their plan of execution towards their goals and moderating the community. </li> <li>Weekly group coaching calls answering client questions</li> <li>Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills so we can put you in front of our clients and you can confidently answer their questions and guide their decisions</li> <li>Help innovate our products by creating and producing new video trainings/worksheets to deliver a world-class experience.</li> <li>Taking renewal / upgrade calls with clients and enrolling them into our backend coaching programs. </li> <li>Should be proficient or at least knowledgeable about our tech stack (Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.) - you should be familiar with the above tools, or have a willingness to learn these VERY quickly if hired. </li> <li>Your role will constantly be changing. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.</li> <li>You will be responsible for daily reporting on multiple communication channels (Slack, text message, spreadsheets, etc.,) and so a high attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential.</li> <li>You must have a high attention to detail and understand systems/processes so you are able to innovate new, more efficient SOPs (processes) to ensure our Fulfillment Team hits their KPIs<br> <br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO THIS IS FOR:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A coach or mentor at heart—you love helping people</li> <li>Clear, professional communicator (spoken and written English)</li> <li>Experienced with organic marketing on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok (creating reels, organic posts, to generate organic leads)</li> <li>Sales background</li> <li>Able to handle fast-paced environments, multiple clients, and changing priorities</li> <li>Willing to grow with us long-term (3+ years)—this isn't a side hustle</li> <li>Open to feedback and constructive coaching (we'll train you, but we expect growth)</li> <li>Comfortable with tools like Loom, Calendly, Slack, GSuite, CRMs, etc—or willing to learn fast<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have another full-time job or multiple freelance clients</li> <li>You struggle with structure, deadlines, or fast execution</li> <li>You dislike being challenged to improve daily</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><strong>Expected Earnings (Rev share on book of business): </strong>$10,000-$15,000+ USD/month (depending on experience)</p> <p><strong>Commission opportunities:</strong> % on referrals, upgrades, renewals, and pending payment collections.</p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/impact-clients-client-success-coach-csm">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/impact-clients-client-success-coach-csm</a></p>
