Position Overview PHIL is seeking a talented and driven Client Strategy Associate to support the success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on our platform. This role will focus on managing day-to-day client engagement, leveraging data and strategic analysis to drive program performance and value, supporting new program launches, and developing recommendations that help clients optimize their programs over time. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to help clients get the most out of their programs. Responsibilities Support client engagement & program success – Help develop and execute plans to ensure successful program launches while supporting ongoing program optimization and long-term client success. Track key milestones, proactively identify risks, and help drive successful client outcomes. Program coordination & client support – Work closely with clients to support day-to-day needs, helping translate client goals into actionable next steps for PHIL. Performance analysis & reporting – Analyze program performance against key success metrics, build reporting and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that help clients and internal teams optimize program performance. Strategic insight generation – Identify opportunities to optimize program rules, prescriber engagement, and patient experiences through rigorous analysis and a strong understanding of client objectives, program performance, and therapeutic area dynamics. Client relationship management – Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for clients, supporting discussions on program performance, goal alignment, and areas for improvement. Stakeholder collaboration & problem-solving – Partner with internal teams (client success, product, operations) and external client contacts to resolve issues, escalating and diplomatically navigating pushback as needed. Data quality & process improvement – Help ensure the quality, integrity, and accessibility of program data while identifying opportunities to improve reporting, tooling, operational processes, and overall efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations role; ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred. Data-driven mindset, comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal teams. A scrappy, resourceful problem solver who's comfortable with ambiguity and can find a path forward without a well-worn playbook. Proven ability to drive results, both through direct execution and by influencing cross-functional partners. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and align internal and external stakeholders around shared goals.
