Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A. WHO YOU ARE You have: 3-6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum Strong analytical and written communication skills A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN Growth: You will work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problems across the company, gaining exposure that few roles offer this early. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most. Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes. Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team. Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
