Position Summary The Channel Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic partner marketing programs that drive partner engagement, demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue performance. This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams and external partners to create and implement co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement resources, and go-to-market campaigns that support business objectives. The position leverages data, market insights, and partner feedback to optimize program effectiveness, strengthen partner relationships, and expand the organization's channel marketing impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive channel partner marketing strategies that drive partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, engagement, retention, and joint demand generation to support revenue growth and market expansion. Design, create, and manage integrated co-marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, sales enablement resources, newsletters, presentations, digital assets, and partner communications that strengthen partner effectiveness and brand alignment. Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Web teams to ensure partner marketing programs align with strategic business objectives, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue targets. Collaborate with partner relationship and account management teams to assess partner needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop marketing programs that increase partner adoption, engagement, and solution promotion efforts. Plan and support partner launches, marketplace initiatives, webinars, product campaigns, sales plays, and partner-led marketing activities that increase market visibility, lead generation, and pipeline contribution. Develop and maintain scalable onboarding, training, certification, and go-to-market resources that enable partners to effectively understand solution positioning, messaging, value propositions, and available marketing programs. Ensure all partner-facing marketing materials, communications, and campaign assets remain accurate, compliant, brand-consistent, and aligned with approved corporate messaging and product positioning. Lead the execution of partner marketing projects by managing intake processes, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, approvals, and asset maintenance across multiple concurrent initiatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, partner engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and return on marketing investment. Leverage campaign analytics, partner feedback, market insights, and performance data to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness, improve partner engagement, and identify opportunities to scale and enhance channel marketing programs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, maximize program adoption, and achieve shared business objectives. Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, competitive developments, and industry best practices in channel marketing, partner ecosystems, B2B SaaS, HR technology, and demand generation to drive innovation and program effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing processes, tools, and operational efficiencies, ensuring programs remain scalable, measurable, and aligned with organizational growth objectives. Regular, onsite attendance is an essential job function due to the need for secure access to systems, collaboration on sensitive technical matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands-on involvement. Marginal Functions Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comprehensive knowledge of channel marketing, partner marketing, co-marketing, demand generation, partner enablement, and indirect sales strategies, with the ability to develop programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue results. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market models, partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management, with the ability to support strategic partner growth and long-term business objectives. Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, partner programs, and co-branded initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes. Experience creating and managing a wide variety of partner-facing marketing assets, including campaign toolkits, sales enablement materials, presentations, webinars, newsletters, product collateral, and go-to-market resources. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business objectives, product messaging, and marketing strategies into clear, compelling content for internal and external audiences. Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners, cross-functional teams, and leadership stakeholders, fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and partner engagement. Ability to connect marketing activities to key business metrics, including partner participation, lead generation, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and return on marketing investment. Creative and strategic mindset combined with a data-driven approach to campaign planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, evolving partner needs, and shifting market conditions while consistently delivering high-quality results. Knowledge of B2B SaaS, technology marketing, partner ecosystems, and modern demand generation practices, including industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging channel marketing strategies. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including relevant non-traditional degree programs or job training programs) is preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, or related roles. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and reporting tools preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, Wrike, Seismic, or similar platforms a plus. Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll, benefits, compliance, or professional services preferred. Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed. Required Licenses and/or Certifications Not Applicable.
