<p>We are hiring for one of our clients. They are a fast-growing Web3 startup rethinking how digital identity and reputation work online. They’re building privacy-first infrastructure that lets users prove who they are and what they’ve done—without giving up personal data. Backed by strong ecosystem partners and a passionate founding team, the company is shaping a more trusted and user-centric internet.</p> <p>We are looking for a Protocol Engineer to design, implement, and operate the core software of a L1 Chain—focusing on reliability, performance, and the identity‑specific features.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive full lifecycle of Cosmos SDK/Tendermint modules: build, customize, and maintain with deep consensus/networking impact.</li> <li>Engineer EVM-compatible capabilities on Evmos—precompiles, fee markets, state logic, and cross-layer behaviors.</li> <li>Implement and run BNB Greenfield storage integrations: permissions, cross-chain flows, and app-level patterns.</li> <li>Manage chain upgrades, hotfixes, and param changes via governance, migrations, and multi-env execution.</li> <li>Own stack reliability: node ops, RPC tuning, indexing, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert Golang in Cosmos/Tendermint; mastery of state machines and consensus.</li> <li>Deep Evmos EVM proficiency: precompiles, opcodes/gas, JSON-RPC, cross-compat.</li> <li>Hands-on with Greenfield SDKs/APIs, ACLs, and chain/contract integration patterns.</li> <li>Strong in Docker/K8s, CI/CD, IaC for chain infra; plus node ops (pruning, sync, RPC).</li> <li>Rigorous testing (simulations, property-based, upgrade rehearsals) and observability (Prom/Grafana, traces, playbooks).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
