In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-performance C modules for embedded systems — from kernel-level components to reusable libraries that integrate cleanly with higher-level languages.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div> <ul> <li>Design and build clean, maintainable C code</li> <li>Develop kernel modules and libraries for embedded systems</li> <li>Implement and optimize for quality and performance</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and integration issues</li> <li>Test code for quality, reliability, and durability</li> <li>Maintain automated testing and code quality standards</li> <li>Create reusable code that integrates seamlessly with higher-level languages (Java, Go, Node.js, Python)</li> </ul> <div><strong>What You'll Need</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field</li> <li>5+ years of professional experience as a C Developer</li> <li>Strong proficiency in C, with in-depth knowledge of STL and Boost</li> <li>Working knowledge of at least one OOP language (Java, Python, C#, or C++)</li> <li>Experience with embedded systems and low-level hardware interactions</li> <li>Familiarity with debugging/analysis tools such as Valgrind and Lint</li> <li>Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN, or Mercurial)</li> <li>Strong systems design and problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience with Linux systems</li> <li>Familiarity with Lua</li> <li>Familiarity with XML</li> </ul> <div><strong>What We Offer</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Culture</strong> — A people-first environment where every voice is heard and every opinion carries weight</li> <li><strong>Learning</strong> — Ongoing development through internal tech talks, training, and knowledge-sharing</li> <li><strong>Compensation</strong> — Competitive salary, pension, health insurance, Employee Stock Options, annual bonus, and additional benefits</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Moniepoint is an equal opportunity employer.
