Our team is maniacal about and energized by the challenge of getting our hands dirty in any problem across Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, and finding ways to help us scale more efficiently. We are a low-ego, highly-motivated group that collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Examples of major strategic initiatives Business Operations takes on are optimizing the structure of our sales force, experimenting with new sales and marketing motions, and determining how we can leverage AI to improve operations.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Develop go-to-market strategies </strong>by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and Motive’s competitive landscape. Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution, ensuring alignment across all go-to-market functions.</li> <li><strong>Lead cross-functional initiatives </strong>that connect the dots across different functions and stakeholders. You will be the driving force behind high-impact, high-visibility strategic initiatives that are critical to scaling our business by facilitating communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and effective execution.</li> <li><strong>Create robust analytical models </strong>and dashboards to provide actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance. You will take a hands-on approach to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into clear recommendations for optimizing commercial results<strong> </strong>- leveraging AI throughout the process to drive scale and efficiency. </li> <li><strong>Champion operational efficiency </strong>by continuously identifying and addressing process inefficiencies - you never stop asking “can we be doing this better?” Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house at a SaaS company</li> <li>Recent experience at a hypergrowth and rapidly scaling SaaS company </li> <li>Recent Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus</li> <li>Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills</li> <li>Executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite</li> <li>Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills, SQL proficiency preferred</li> <li>Expert with Google Sheets & Excel, with the ability to build data models </li> <li>Proficient in AI tools and comfortable leveraging AI to maximize effectiveness of daily work </li> <li>Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skill</li> <li>Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities</li> <li>Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and a demonstrated expertise in managing such projects</li> <li>Able to work in ambiguous, fast paced, environments under tight and unpredictable timelines</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><em>Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
