This is <strong>outbound sales</strong>, every day.</p><p></p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Business Development Specialist</strong> who knows recruitment sales inside out and is comfortable doing what most people avoid: <strong>cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach at scale</strong>.</p><p>Your job is simple and measurable:</p><ul><li><p>Start conversations</p></li><li><p>Qualify real hiring needs</p></li><li><p>Book meetings</p></li><li><p>Generate revenue opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2><p></p><ul><li><p>Cold call decision-makers daily (founders, CEOs, HR, Talent leads)</p></li><li><p>Run high-volume cold email campaigns</p></li><li><p>Prospect and sell via LinkedIn outreach</p></li><li><p>Pitch recruitment services clearly, confidently, and without hesitation</p></li><li><p>Handle objections without panicking</p></li><li><p>Book qualified meetings that convert</p></li><li><p>Keep CRM clean and updated</p></li><li><p>Follow up relentlessly until you get a yes or a clear no</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><strong>Non-Negotiable Requirements</strong></h2><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>Previous experience in a recruitment agency</strong> (sales or BD)</p></li><li><p>You have sold permanent, contract, RPO, or staffing services before</p></li><li><p>Strong cold calling experience</p></li><li><p>Proven outbound sales mindset</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with rejection and pressure</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (spoken and written)</p></li><li><p>Self-driven.
