We are looking for a sharp, organized individual to own our proposal and business development process, ensuring that every pitch we send reflects the depth of our work and the strength of our track record.</p> <p><strong>The&nbsp;Role</strong></p> <p>You will be the primary owner of DRC's new business pipeline, from the moment a matter comes in through the delivery of a polished, strategy-forward proposal. The right candidate will also bring attorney-level judgment to evaluating case fit, research design, and DRC's value proposition for specific matters.</p> <p><strong>Core&nbsp;Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Proposals&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Pitch&nbsp;Materials</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft&nbsp;customized&nbsp;proposals&nbsp;for&nbsp;active&nbsp;litigation&nbsp;matters,&nbsp;from&nbsp;intake&nbsp;through&nbsp;final&nbsp;submission</li> <li>Review&nbsp;case&nbsp;materials&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;issues&nbsp;appropriate&nbsp;for&nbsp;judge&nbsp;or&nbsp;juror&nbsp;focus&nbsp;groups</li> <li>Build&nbsp;polished&nbsp;PowerPoint&nbsp;presentations&nbsp;with&nbsp;animations,&nbsp;video,&nbsp;and&nbsp;graphics</li> <li>Draft&nbsp;cover&nbsp;emails&nbsp;and&nbsp;all&nbsp;client-facing&nbsp;correspondence&nbsp;accompanying&nbsp;proposals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Conflicts&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Intake</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own&nbsp;conflicts&nbsp;initiation&nbsp;and&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;for&nbsp;all&nbsp;new&nbsp;matters</li> <li>Gather&nbsp;and&nbsp;verify&nbsp;party,&nbsp;firm,&nbsp;and&nbsp;matter&nbsp;information;&nbsp;flag&nbsp;and&nbsp;escalate&nbsp;issues</li> <li>Draft&nbsp;and&nbsp;tailor&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;letters;&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;is&nbsp;complete&nbsp;before&nbsp;work&nbsp;begins</li> </ul> <p><strong>Case&nbsp;Database&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;case&nbsp;descriptions&nbsp;for&nbsp;DRC's&nbsp;internal&nbsp;database&nbsp;and&nbsp;website</li> <li>Build&nbsp;representative&nbsp;matter&nbsp;lists&nbsp;for&nbsp;proposals&nbsp;—&nbsp;aligned&nbsp;by&nbsp;jurisdiction,&nbsp;subject&nbsp;matter,&nbsp;and&nbsp;posture</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&nbsp;We're&nbsp;Looking&nbsp;For</strong></p> <ul> <li>J.D.&nbsp;preferred;&nbsp;exceptional&nbsp;candidates&nbsp;with&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;litigation&nbsp;experience&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;considered</li> <li>At&nbsp;least&nbsp;5&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;experience</li> <li>Comfortable&nbsp;communicating&nbsp;directly&nbsp;with&nbsp;law&nbsp;firm&nbsp;partners&nbsp;and&nbsp;in-house&nbsp;counsel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base&nbsp;salary:&nbsp;$165,000–$200,000,&nbsp;depending&nbsp;on&nbsp;experience</li> <li>Bonus&nbsp;eligibility&nbsp;and&nbsp;additional&nbsp;performance-based&nbsp;incentives</li> <li>Generous&nbsp;health,&nbsp;dental,&nbsp;and&nbsp;vision&nbsp;insurance</li> <li>Unlimited&nbsp;PTO</li> <li>401(k)&nbsp;participation&nbsp;plan</li> </ul> <p>DRC is committed to attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
