As part of the broader Credit organization, we work closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations to unlock sustainable business growth through deep analytical rigor. Our team fosters a collaborative, ownership-driven culture where every analyst directly influences business strategy and product direction.</p> <p>As a Business Analyst, you'll be part of an 18-month rotational program, completing approximately five rotations across different areas of our Money and Growth org. Each rotation embeds you alongside product, engineering, risk, and operations teams — giving you direct exposure to the metrics, stakeholders, and strategic priorities that drive Robinhood's core business.
