This individual will own critical workstreams spanning trading and brokerage operations, process design, member servicing, risk and controls, and strategic initiatives.</span></p><p><span>The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to translate business needs into scalable operating solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong brokerage expertise with structured problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to independently drive complex initiatives from problem identification through implementation.</span></p><h2></h2><h2><b><b>What you'll do:</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Own and support critical Composer business operations, including trading, brokerage servicing, account operations, and complex operational escalations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a subject matter expert across Composer's operating model, including key brokerage workflows, systems, dependencies, and controls.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and continuously improve end-to-end member journeys across key Composer experiences, identifying friction points and ensuring scalable servicing solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact member issues, driving resolution and translating learnings into broader process improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner across the business to identify operational pain points, define business requirements, and implement technology-enabled solutions and automation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support trading operations and related workflows, including trade lifecycle management, exception handling, reconciliations, corporate actions, margin and risk events.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze operational data and trends to identify emerging issues, control gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities for improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and driving execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with business leadership to operationalize new products, features, and strategic initiatives, including process design, controls, readiness, and post-launch monitoring.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls, and business continuity plans for critical Composer activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk-management standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as an escalation point for complex brokerage, trading, and servicing issues, identifying both immediate resolutions and broader process improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively identify business risks and opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b><b>What you'll need:</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in brokerage, fintech, financial services, business operations, trading operations, or a related regulated environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of brokerage operations and the trade lifecycle, including trading, clearing, settlement, and account servicing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to independently own complex projects and operational workstreams from problem identification through implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong process-design, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience developing scalable workflows and controls.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to influence and execute across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong judgment and ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations in a regulated environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues for senior stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 required.</span></p></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
