<p>My client is a financial services company and looking for a Brand & Media Operations Manager roles.</p> <h3>Job Description</h3> <ul> <li>Develop the brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and professional image for trading products.</li> <li>Manage relationships with global financial media and industry-specific platforms to secure high-tier exposure and strengthen brand authority.</li> <li>Build and operate a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms like Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on market insights and educational content.</li> <li>Drive user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities.</li> <li>Coordinate with KOLs and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and IB business models.</li> <li>Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul>
